AI-Native Management Summit
2027

FOR EXECUTIVES, DIRECTORS, AND CxOs

AI is in place. But is your company actually run around it?

Two days of participatory panel discussion between executives at the frontier and AI specialists.

  • DatesSat, Apr 17 - Sun, Apr 18, 2027Rescheduled from Nov 7 - 8, 2026
  • VenuePLH Sanuki, Sanuki City, Kagawa

Registration open

What AI-native management means.

It does not mean adding AI as another tool. It means redesigning management itself on the premise of AI.

Business

Not making things faster with AI, but shifting to customer value and revenue models that only hold up because AI is there

Organization

Dropping the assumption that headcount runs the work, and recasting roles and accountability across people and AI

Decisions

Redrawing who decides what, and when, on the premise that AI supplies the material

There is no textbook for this yet. Nobody has been doing it for ten years. So these two days are not lectures: they are participatory panel discussions where executives already doing the work bring their own designs.

* This is built for executives who already run an AI company of their own. If you do not have one yet, you can still join: you build it in Track A on day one (the AI Company Build Workshop), then join the panel discussions on day two.

ABOUT

Two days to rebuild around AI and leave with your company’s own answers.

This is not two days of listening to talks. Sessions run as participatory panel discussions, with executives and AI practitioners debating in the same room. Day 1 is a full day on either your own AI implementation or your organization design; Day 2 moves through the themes of AI-native management and turns business, organization and decision-making into a single blueprint for your company.

What a participatory panel is.

  • The floor comes to you, again and again. The moderator and panelists drive the discussion and keep turning it over to the participants.
  • Small enough for everyone to speak. Each session stays at a size where every person can describe their own company and push back, so the number of seats per round is limited.
  • Start from real cases.Panelists bring what they actually run, the implementation and the operating detail, not generalities.

What you take home after two days

  1. 01

    One blueprint for your company.

Turn how you will reshape the business, organization, and decisions into one page you can use on Monday.

  2. 02

A working form, in your hands.

Depending on your track, take home either a working system or the implementation and operating detail other companies actually use.

  3. 03

    Your next decisions, settled.

Build or buy, where people should move, and who decides what. Leave with answers for your own company.

Speakers will be announced as they are confirmed.

PROGRAM

Two-Day Program

On Day 1 you choose Track A or Track B and stay with it all day.

AAbout to build.

AI Company Build Workshop

Companies that do not have an AI company yet, or that stalled at using chat.

This summit is a room for executives who already have an AI company. If you do not have one yet, you build yours in this track on Day 1 and join from there. It is not an exchange of practice but a full-day workshop, with instructors and participants. Three instructors lead the day: you stand up the environment, lay your own departments and roles onto the AI side, connect your own data, and settle the operating rules, all with your hands on the keyboard that day. By evening your AI company is running, and you carry it into the panel discussions on Day 2. Limited to fifty seats.

This is the AI-company build portion of our AI-Native Management Retreat, condensed into a single day. The retreat runs two nights and three days, is capped at ten participants per session, and includes individual coaching, system development, and putting the AI company to work across day-to-day operations. This track is a group format for up to fifty, and covers the build itself. System development and the operational work are not included in this single day.

BAlready running one.

AI-Native Organization Panel

Executives already running an AI company, now stuck on how to change the company itself.

This room has no instructor. It is not about sharpening the machinery you already have, but a level up from that: how a company actually gets to being AI-native. Nobody can hand you the answer here yet, so executives who are already doing the work bring what happened at their own companies and argue it out. Four blocks in order - organizational design, technical fundamentals, what breaks when you scale, and talent and security. You receive a copy of the book "AI-Native Organization".

DAY 01Saturday, April 17

10:00 - 21:30

10:00 - 10:30

01Plenary

Keynote

Reconsider how to redesign management, organization, and decision-making with AI as the premise. Clarify the difference between the two tracks, the connection across both days, and the deliverables your company will take home.

02-A

AI Company Build Workshop

One full day, one AI company: yours. Three instructors lead the day, and you go from the morning inventory to a running setup by evening, with your hands on it the whole way.

  1. 10:40 - 12:10
Assess Where You StandLay out the work still done by hand and the AI adoption that stalled, then pick the first thing to hand over and the order to work through the rest.
  2. 12:10 - 13:10
Social LunchYou break at the same time as everyone else, and can leave your work half-built on the table.
  3. 13:10 - 14:40
Setup, Part 1Stand up the environment, set the roles of people, AI, and agents, and run the first workflow, chosen from real work.
  4. 14:55 - 16:25
Setup, Part 2Connect it to your own data, then settle the scope you hand over, who approves a change, and how you roll back when something breaks.
  5. 16:40 - 18:10
Ready to Use TomorrowRun it on live work data, then finish the internal guide you will hand out and what happens next week.

02-B

AI-Native Organization Panel

A full day of putting practice on the table around one question: how a company actually gets to being AI-native. There is no instructor. Executives already running an AI company open four blocks in order and trade what they know.

  1. 10:40 - 12:10
AI-Native Organization TheoryDesign the chain of command for an organization where people and AI both work. Who orchestrates it and how, where the line of judgment falls between people and AI, and what operating pattern keeps it from collapsing back onto one person. You leave with a lens for redrawing your own org chart with AI as the premise.

Social LunchYou break at the same time as everyone else. The morning's argument carries on at the table.
  3. 13:10 - 14:40
Technical FundamentalsTreat model selection and AI cost as management decisions. Which model goes where, where token and operating costs quietly balloon, and what monthly number you hold to. You leave able to explain your AI cost structure in your own words.

Notes for EnterpriseSort the issues that appear when individual use spreads across departments and sites. Where access design separates from data governance, how to govern data that crosses sites, and how to make it stick on the floor. You leave with the list of things to settle before you scale.

What separates those who use it from those who do not, how training, evaluation, and placement connect to HR systems, and where the line falls on information you must protect. AI NATIVE RETREAT

We recommend the Retreat before the Summit

Track A on day one (the AI Company Build Workshop) packages just the setup portion of the three-day AI Native Management Retreat into a single day. If you build your AI company at the Retreat first, you can spend day one in Track B, in the discussion of AI-native management itself. You take more home from the same two days, so this is the route we recommend.

MESSAGE

AI changes more than the speed of work.
It changes how businesses are conceived and how management decisions are made.

I have brought Claude into contract review, consolidated accounting, and in-house system development. But making individual tasks more efficient is not, by itself, AI-native management.

The real question is not what AI can make faster. It is what customer value we can create, what businesses we can build, and how we redesign who decides what, with AI as the foundation.

The Summit brings together executives already advancing their use of AI and AI specialists to debate the design of business, competitive advantage, and decision-making.

Let us shape the next decade of management, together, from here.
