You do not stop at building one system. As order intake, invoicing, hiring, and PR accumulate, your AI company holds them together against the business plan, so you can judge where to invest next.
What you learn is not how to operate a tool but reusable patterns. The skills you assemble during the retreat — drafting a business plan among them — go home with you and still work next year.

From drafting posts to publishing and tallying responses, everything runs except the judgment calls. We work through where to draw the line between what you decide and what you delegate to AI.
You measure where your company stands today and see where the headroom is. On the final day everyone shares their scores and turns them straight into an implementation plan.
You join a circle of executives who run AI companies, and keep levelling up after the retreat ends. Participation is free for six months after you graduate. We will share the terms for continuing beyond six months separately.
On the afternoon of day three, everyone reviews each other's builds and takes the feedback home.

If I was level 1 before joining, I was level 20 by the end. I honestly doubted the claim that I could finish an app worth over 10 million yen in development costs myself, but it really got done. Now I build business apps on my own, quickly.

Schedule
Sessions through Session 13 are listed. Dates and fees for sessions from 2027 onward will be announced once confirmed. Dates may change without notice. Session 8 is held in Tokyo (Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel); shuttle service and access differ from the other sessions. Fees for Sessions 11-13 change 30 days before each session’s first day (see the Fee section for details). Signups close automatically once a session has started.

If you notify us by email at least 30 days before the session start date, we will refund your participation fee in full. From 29 to 14 days before the start date, refunds are not available, but you may transfer to another session. From 13 days before the start date onward, neither refunds nor transfers are available. Even after these deadlines, please contact the secretariat (sanuki@plh.life) if you have unavoidable circumstances and we will consider your situation individually. Yes. Alongside the open sessions we offer a private session for a single company and an in-house program delivered at your site.
