SANUKI GLOBAL FORUM PRESENTS

November 7-8, 2026. Two days of roundtable discussions between executives and AI specialists | Early bird on sale

PLH SANUKI, KAGAWA, JAPAN

ABOUT EVENT

The AI-Native Management Summit 2026 Fall is a 2-day roundtable conference that brings together executives, directors, CxOs, and AI specialists for active debate rather than passive listening. All participants engage in deep discussions led by facilitators and contributors.

I

Reimagine Business from an AI-Native Foundation

Move beyond operational efficiency to rethink customer value, revenue models, and competitive advantage with AI at the foundation.

II

Redesign Management Decision-Making

Redefine the roles of people and AI, and explore a new management system where vision, decision, execution, and learning operate as one continuous cycle.

It began with the Sanuki Global Forum, an entrepreneur-led gathering in Sanuki, Kagawa, focused on AI, global business, regional innovation, and international exchange. From that foundation emerged two places: one for hands-on practice, one for dialogue.

AI NATIVE RETREAT

The classroom: build.

Three days in a closed schoolhouse where executives build their own systems. The hands-on side.

AI NATIVE SUMMIT

The round table: open.

Two days where practitioners and specialists open the discussion. The upstream, thinking side.

Sessions and speakers are being finalized. As soon as the program is confirmed, we will notify the advance list first.

TBD

The previous program (Spring 2026)

At the Spring 2026 AI-Driven Management Summit, executives and AI specialists held 16 roundtable sessions over 2 days. See the link below for the format and depth of discussion.

MESSAGE

AI changes more than the speed of work.
It changes how businesses are conceived and how management decisions are made.

I have brought Claude into contract review, consolidated accounting, and in-house system development. But making individual tasks more efficient is not, by itself, AI-native management.

The real question is not what AI can make faster. It is what customer value we can create, what businesses we can build, and how we redesign who decides what, with AI as the foundation.

The Summit brings together executives already advancing their use of AI and AI specialists to debate the design of business, competitive advantage, and decision-making around the table.

Let us shape the next decade of management, together, from here.
